Diraflow is committed to operating with integrity. This is your confidential space to raise concerns about unethical, illegal, or unsafe conduct — including concerns about the AI systems we are building. Your voice matters and you are protected.
Your report is handled with strict confidentiality. Details are shared only with those who need to investigate.
You may submit anonymously. We cannot follow up, but your report will still be reviewed and acted upon.
Diraflow strictly prohibits retaliation. Any manager found to have retaliated faces immediate disciplinary action.
Whistleblowers are protected under Kenya's Bribery Act 2016, Leadership and Integrity Act 2012, and Public Officer Ethics Act 2003.
The following types of concerns should be reported through this portal. If you are unsure whether something qualifies — report it anyway. We would rather investigate something that turns out to be minor than miss something serious.
Violations of any policy in the Diraflow Company Policy Handbook — including AI ethics, data governance, research integrity, and employment policies.
Unsafe or harmful AI development practices — including building prohibited AI systems, bypassing ethics review, or ignoring safety testing requirements.
Fraud, bribery, corruption, embezzlement, expense manipulation, or any financial irregularity involving company or client funds.
Data breaches, unauthorised access to personal data, privacy violations, or misuse of client or contributor data in breach of our data governance policy.
Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or intimidation based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
Pressure from any person to suppress, conceal, ignore, or not report safety concerns, ethical issues, or potential misconduct.
Unauthorised use, sharing, or theft of intellectual property — including client datasets, model weights, or proprietary Diraflow methodologies.
Deliberate circumvention of Diraflow's environmental sustainability commitments — including wasteful compute use or misrepresentation of energy usage.
Any other conduct you believe is unethical, illegal, or contrary to Diraflow's values — even if it doesn't fit neatly into the categories above.

You may report directly to your line manager or the Ethics & Compliance team in person if you feel comfortable doing so.
You are protected if you genuinely believe the concern you're reporting is real — even if an investigation later finds no wrongdoing. You are not protected if you knowingly make a false report to harm someone.
You may additionally be protected under the Bribery Act 2016 (Kenya), the Leadership and Integrity Act 2012 (Kenya), and the Public Officer Ethics Act 2003 (Kenya).
